This Agreement for Reproductive Services is hereby made and entered into by and between Seven Cedars Farm LLC dba Seven Cedars Equine / Sarah M. Young, VMD (Veterinarian) and Mare Owner (listed below). Whereas these Parties do with to enter into an Agreement for the breeding and foaling season, and in consideration of any and all terms set herein, do agree as follows:
