Short Term Board (less than 14 days)
Most common for mares shipping in to be bred, training projects, and hospital board.
Advanced notice of 24 hours is required for pickup; invoice will be finalized by pickup time.
Payment in full is suggested at the time of pickup.
Failure to pay the balance in full within 14 days of pickup will result in a $150 service charge.
Failure to pay the balance in full within 30 days of pickup will result in the addition of a 6% compounding monthly interest and cessation of services until the account is satisfied.

Most common for foaling mares, long-term breeding management, and weanling/yearling livery.
Prorated board for the remainder of the month is due when the horse is delivered to Seven Cedars Equine.
Then, board is billed in advance of the month and other services are billed at the end of the month.
Long-term boarding clients are required to have a credit/debit card on file.
Invoices are sent within the first 48 hours of each new month and include last month’s vet/service charges and next month’s board.
Payment is expected by close of business on the 10th of the month, and clients can opt to pay via cash, check, Venmo or PayPal.
